What is a Gamertag?
A Gamertag is a unique name used on Xbox Live. Every person is allowed to make their gamertag whatever they want unless their chosen name is taken. A Gamertag typically represents someones gaming style and/or personality. When creating a free Xbox Live account one is allowed to change their gamertag once for free and after that it will cost 800 msp or $9.99.
What is an Original Gamertag (OG)?
An Original Gamertag is a unique gamertag that is a commonly used word. Typically some thing that looks nice. Words like Superman and Batman are OG. Words like Toilets and Bathrooms are not OG they are semi-original.
What is a Semi-Original Gamertag?
A Semi OG is gamertag that is plural with a suffix and/or a prefix. Semi OG gamertags tend to sell for less than OG gamertags. They can still be worth a hefty amount of money though. Gamertags like Mixtapes and Calenders and Semi OG.
What is not an OG Gamertag?
Not all gamertags are OG and they are very hard to find. Most OGs are already taken, banned, or deleted. Gamertags that have numbers or X's, Z's are not Original. For example: XXxxSnIpERxxXX is nowhere close to being OG. Also gamertags with numbers in place for letters is also not OG. For example: Ra1n or B1ack. Some gamertags like that might be sick but they arent OG.
